| In vitro | In RAW264.7 cells, ABAI-30 at concentrations ranging from 10-40 μM suppresses the TLR4-pp65 and NLRP3-caspase-1 signaling pathways, resulting in the decreased expression of IL6, IL-1β, and TNFα at both the transcriptional and translational levels [1]. |
| In vivo | In a mouse model of dextran sulfate sodium (DSS)-induced colitis, ABAI-30, administered orally at a dosage of 25 mg/kg for 5 days, exhibited significant in vivo anti-inflammatory effects with no evident toxicity [1]. |
