| In vivo | Methods: AM-1638 (1 mg/kg, IV) and (5 mg/kg, oral) were administered to mice; AM-1638 (0.5 mg/kg, IV) and (2 mg/kg, oral) were administered to rats; and AM-1638 (0.5 mg/kg, IV) and (2 mg/kg, oral) were administered to cynomolgus monkeys for pharmacokinetic studies. Results: Oral administration of AM-1638 showed excellent oral bioavailability (mice, >100%; rats, 72%; cynomolgus monkeys, 71%); and showed antidiabetic activity in BDF/DIO mice.[1] |
