What Is Ammonium Thiosulfate?
A kind of white orthorhombic crystal with strong hygroscopicity. When heated to 150oC, it will be decomposed into ammonium sulfite, sulfur, hydrogen sulfide and water. Very soluble in water, insoluble in alcohol and ether. Unstable in air.
