Application:
AHF is a colorless, corrosive gas or liquid that is highly soluble in water.
It is mainly used as a raw material for fluorinate compounds, and is also used in the manufacture of aluminum fluoride and cryolite, semiconductor surface etching, cleaning and as a catalyst for alkylation; it can also be used for etching glass, pickling metals, and making inorganic fluoride salt products and chemical reagents.
