In a cell proliferation assay on Vero cells infected with EBOV and MARV, it exhibited significant inhibition over 10 days. The IC50 values were 18.1 ± 9.3 μM for EBOV and 9.1 ± 2.1 μM for MARV, with selectivity index (SI) values of 15 and 31, respectively. |
