ASK1-IN-3 showcases remarkable induction of apoptosis in HepG2 cancer cells and displays potent activity in arresting the cell cycle [1]. |
| In vitro | ASK1-IN-3 (compound 14l), at concentrations of 10, 20, and 50 μM over 48 hours, demonstrates a dose-dependent induction of PARP cleavage, signifying the activation of apoptosis in HepG2 cells [1]. Similarly, when administered at concentrations ranging from 1 to 16 μM for 24 hours, it substantially halts the cell cycle at the G1 phase in the same cell line [1]. Both the apoptosis analysis and cell cycle analysis in HepG2 cells highlight ASK1-IN-3's potency in modulating cell death and cell cycle progression, respectively. |
