Furthermore, coimmunoprecipitation experiments have demonstrated that Nck recruitment to the TCR is blocked by AX-024 hydrochloride in a concentration-dependent manner starting at 1 nM, indicating the compound's potent inhibitory action on T cell activation processes. |
