     Bakuchiol is the main component of the volatile oil of traditional Chinese medicine Fructus Psorale, accounting for over 60% of its volatile oil. It is an isoprenoid phenolic terpenoid compound. Easy to oxidize and has the property of overflowing with water vapor. Soluble in organic solvents such as methanol, ethanol, DMSO, etc., derived from the seeds of Fructus Psorale. At room temperature, it is a light yellow oily liquid with strong fat solubility.
