Production methods

The preparation method is to add ethanol, urotropine, and chlorobenzyl to a reaction kettle, heat it to 30-35 ℃, react for 4 hours, add hydrochloric acid, heat it up to 45-50 ℃, react for 2 hours, cool, filter, and remove ethanol from the filtrate by heating it up. The process is changed to vacuum distillation, steam it to dry, add alkaline solution, and free benzylamine. After atmospheric pressure distillation, the product is obtained by vacuum distillation.

Chlorobenzyl chloride, ammonium hydroxide, and ammonium bicarbonate can also be added to the reaction pot by ammonolysis. The reaction is carried out at 30-35 ℃ for 6 hours, and the oil layer is separated. The reaction solution is heated to remove ammonia gas, and then distilled under reduced pressure at 100 ℃. Free alkali is added, and the alkali solution is separated. The oil layer is distilled to obtain the product.
