| In vivo | Methods: Female rats were administered subcutaneous injections of bremelanotide (200 μg/kg), and samples were collected continuously following administration. Results: Bremelanotide significantly increased dopamine release in the mPOA but had no effect on dopamine levels in the NAc and VMH. [1] |
