| In vitro | Methods: HCT116 cells were treated with CAM 833 (20 μM, 0-72 hours) to study its effect on the cell cycle of HCT116 cells. Results: In the control group, the percentage of cells in the G1 fraction of apoptosis remained below 5%. In the compound-treated cells, the percentage of cells in the G1 fraction gradually increased, reaching a peak of 15% at 48 hours. [1] |
