| In vivo | D-Cl-amidine administered intravenously at a dose of 2.5 mg / kg was still detected at a concentration of approximately 21 nM in serum after 2 h and 4 h at a concentration of approximately 10 nM. Intraperitoneal injection of D-Cl-amidine at a dose of 10 mg / kg was still observed at a concentration of approximately 10 nM at 4 h. |
