Production method
Dl-tryptophan was used as raw material to add chloroacetic anhydride in the cooling state, then ground in ice water aftersulfuric acid acidification, recrystallized in water after filtration, and finally treated with pancreatic carboxypeptidase toremove L-type, acetic acid acidification, ethanol recrystallization and refining.
Use
It is an important nutrient and is used in medicine as a prevention and treatment agent for scabies. It can used in biochemistry research. And it is an important nutrient which is used as controlling agent of bark favus in medication.
