Appearance: White powder

Application: Benzenesulfonimide compound, which has the general properties of sulfonamide and is soluble in alkaline solution. In electroplating, it is used as a substitute for the first brightener - saccharin, which has a good leveling effect and consumes less than saccharin

Water soluble, slightly soluble in water, easily soluble in alkaline solution Dosage: 50-500mg/L

Function: An auxiliary brightener for nickel electroplating.

Features: Primary brightener, improving the ductility of the coating, with anti impurity and whitening effects. Partial saccharin can be replaced by a weight ratio of 1:2.

Packaging: 50kg/plastic bucket, stored in a cool and dry place, valid for 2 years

4、 Dissolution method (calculated by dissolving 10kg BBI)

In theory, 1.2kg NaOH can completely neutralize 10kg BBI. Dissolve 1.2kg of sodium hydroxide in 120kg of water.

2. Take 110kg of the above-mentioned NaOH aqueous solution, pour the weighed 10kg of BBI into it and stir, then slowly add the remaining 10kg of NaOH aqueous solution until pH=7.

It is recommended that the upper limit of BBI dosage in softeners is 50g/L, as exceeding this amount may result in precipitation. Softening agents with BBI should maintain a pH of 6-7. If the pH value is below 6, BBI may precipitate.
