1、 Purpose

Thermal vulcanization bonding of unvulcanized fluororubber to metals and various other substrates.

2、 Characteristics

1. Single component, easy to use;

2. Suitable for different vulcanization processes (flat vulcanization, vacuum vulcanization, injection machine vulcanization);

3. Widely applicable, including conventional and peroxide cross-linked models;

4. Capable of withstanding water, salt spray, strong dielectric properties, and temperatures above 200 ℃.

PH: 8, solubility: insoluble in water

4、 Craftsmanship

1. Metal skeleton treatment: degreasing or chemical phosphating treatment after metal sandblasting;

2. Gluing: Brushing, dipping, or spraying processes can be used; Before use, it is recommended that the dilution ratio of the adhesive be 5-

8 times, dilute with anhydrous ethanol and thoroughly stir evenly;

3. Drying: After leaving it at room temperature for a few minutes, place it in a 150 ℃ oven to dry for 10-15 minutes to ensure that the solvent is thorough

Clean bottom evaporation;

4. Sulfurization: The first stage of vulcanization depends on the vulcanization conditions of the rubber material, while the second stage of vulcanization depends on the rubber material process.

5、 Shelf life

From the date of production, the shelf life is 9 months and stored in an environment below 25 ℃.

6、 Precautions

1. Pay attention to fire prevention and ventilation in the workplace;

2. Clean containers and painting tools with ethanol;

3. It is best to use the used products at once and do not pour them back into the original bottle to avoid contaminating unused adhesives;

4. The opened bottle cap should be tightly sealed to prevent liquid evaporation and solidification;

5. It should be stored in a cool, dark, hot, and dry place.

• For powders: normal is 25kgs/Drum or bag, or larger/smaller package as request.

• For liquids: normal 25kgs/drum, 180-300kgs/bucket, or IBC, determined by the nature of the product. 

                             Or smaller package 1kg/bottle, 10kgs/bottle as request.
