| Description | GLP-26, an HBV capsid assembly regulator (CAM), inhibits HBV DNA replication (IC50=3 nM) in the Hep AD38 system and reduces cccDNA by >90% at 1 μM. GLP-26 disrupts the encapsidation of pregenomic RNA, leading to nucleocapsid disassembly and reducing the cccDNA library. |
