| Description | HA-100 hydrochloride is a powerful protein kinase inhibitor, exhibiting IC50 values of 4 μM, 8 μM, 12 μM, and 240 μM for cGMP-dependent protein kinase (PKG), cAMP-dependent protein kinase (PKA), protein kinase C (PKC), and MLC-kinase, respectively. Additionally, HA-100 hydrochloride is utilized as a ROCK inhibitor. |
| In vitro | HA-100 hydrochloride acts as a competitive inhibitor for both MLC-kinase and PKC in the presence of ATP, exhibiting inhibition constants (Kis) of 61 μM for MLC-kinase and 6.5 μM for PKC, respectively[1]. |
