Furthermore, hydroxyethyl cellulose is utilized to stabilize graphene oxide in physiological solutions, enhancing its suitability for targeted drug delivery. It effectively stabilizes graphene oxide in electrolyte solutions, with the stabilization mechanism being influenced by the hydroxyethyl cellulose content.
