| In vivo | Isoetharine (hydrochloride) (I) was administered orally to Sprague-Dawley rats at dosages of 0, 800, 1400, 2000, and 2500 mg/kg/day for 2 weeks. The study observed a high variability in plasma levels 1 hour after medication across the range of doses [1]. |
