| In vitro | The activity of JH-LPH-33 against Klebsiella pneumoniae LpxH and Escherichia coli LpxH exhibited IC50 values of 0.026 μM and 0.046 μM, respectively. JH-LPH-33 significantly inhibited bacterial growth at a concentration of 1.6 μg/mL, but its minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) against E. coli exceeded 64 μg/mL. [1] |
