MCLA hydrochloride induces EGFR signaling blockade and receptor degradation in LGR5-positive cancer cells. MCLA hydrochloride is utilized in oncology research involving solid tumors, including head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) and metastatic colorectal cancer (CRC), and serves as a molecular tool for investigating EGFR- and LGR5-associated signaling pathways and tumor biology. |
