This compound demonstrates significant anxiolytic and antidepressant-like effects [1] [2] [3]. |
| In vivo | NBI-31772 administered intracerebroventricularly (icv) in doses ranging from 5 to 100 μg to Sprague-Dawley rats subjected to the subtemporal middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) model, either immediately or up to 3 hours post-MCAO, dose-dependently mitigated infarct size. Specifically, the maximum dose of 100 μg significantly diminished both overall and cortical infarct volumes, showcasing its protective efficacy against ischemic brain injury [3]. |
