| In vitro | METHODS: U87 cells and astrocytes were treated with PLH1215 (0-80 μM) for 3 days and cell viability was determined by MTT assay.
RESULTS: The majority of U87 cells were eliminated with the compound PLH1252 at less than 1 mM, while no significant effect was seen in astrocytes. [1] |
