Polycaprolactone diols series products are polycaprolactone(PCL)diols which polymerized by small molecule diols and caprolactone monomer. The PCL diols synthesized polyurethane will get better hydrolysis resistance and low temperature flexibility than the adipic acid based polyesterdiols,  and  better heat resistance, weatherability and higher strength than the polyether diols.

Application                                                                    

TPU/CPU elastomer:
1. The elastomer prepared with polycaprolactone polyols has excellent wear resistance, weather resistance and hydrolysis stability.
2. The elastomer prepared by polycaprolactone polyols has better low temperature flexibility and resilience.
Paint, coating:
1. PCL polyols can be used as reactive diluents and modifiers for polyurethane, polyester, epoxy resin and vinyl coatings.
2. Reduce VOC in the coating, improve color and luster, obtain the required balance of hardness and flexibility, but no affect of film performance.
