PT-77 is a multifunctional fully synthetic metalworking fluid additive that has flocculation and sedimentation properties, resistance to tramp oil and demulsification, and acts as a broad-spectrum microbial bactericide.

Application 

PT-77 is suitable for fully synthetic metalworking fluids, diluted metalworking fluids and oil-based processing fluids emulsified with non-ionic surfactants. Used as a metalworking fluid sedimentation agent, it can chelate metal powder and make it settle to the bottom of the tank.

Not suitable for oily processing fluids or those containing anionic surfactants. Replacing Bulkman Busan 77

• Operation & Storage

Store container tightly sealed in a dry, cool, well-ventilated place. The product is freeze-thaw stable. Container should be heated to 60-70°C to completely melt product; mix thoroughly before use.
