Pulanemonin A3 has anti-tumor effect and can inhibit the growth of P388 cells in vitro, the inhibition rate is 53.7%. It can protect the cell model PC-12 caused by sodium cyanide and glucose deficiency, and reduce cell apoptosis. The concentration of Pulsepanthus anemonin A3 measured by flow cytometry at 0.1, 1, 10mg/mL, respectively, can play a protective role in cells.
