| In vitro | RMM-46 is a reversible covalent inhibitor that exhibits high ligand efficiency and selectivity for MSK/RSK family kinases. At nanomolar concentrations, RMM-46 blocked activation of cellular MSK and RSK, as well as downstream phosphorylation of key transcription factor CREB. RMM-46 inhibits MSK1 CTD activity and CREB phosphorylation with IC50 of ~100 nM and ~300 nM, respectively. [1] |
