| In vitro | FTY720 (S)-Phosphate acts as an S1PR1 agonist, sustaining its protein expression and reinforcing the endothelial cell barrier in human pulmonary arteries through S1PR1 without promoting its ubiquitination. Moreover, at concentrations ranging from 0.01 to 50 μM, FTY720 (S)-Phosphate diminishes β-arrestin association with S1PR1 [1]. |
| In vivo | FTY720 (S)-Phosphate (0.5 mg/kg, i.p.) maintains S1PR1 expression, protects against bleomycin-induced acute lung injury (ALI), and reduces leukocyte infiltration in the lung tissues of bleomycin-injured mice [1]. |
