[1] Splitomicin inhibits platelet aggregation induced by thrombin, collagen, AA and U46619 via inhibition of cyclic AMP phosphodiesterase activity and subsequent inhibition of intracellular Ca(++) mobilization, TXB2 formation and ATP release.
