| In vitro | STAT3 degrader-2 (Compound 92) significantly reduces total STAT3 protein levels in acute leukemia Molm-16 cells after 3 hours of treatment at various concentrations (0.2 μM, 1 μM, 30 nM, 100 nM, 300 nM) [1]. |
| In vivo | STAT3 degrader-2 (Compound 92), administered intravenously at 50 mg/kg at 6, 24, and 48-hour intervals, reduced total STAT3 protein and phosphorylated STAT3 (Y705) levels in the Molm-16 acute leukemia tumor model and SU-DHL-1 mouse tumors [1]. Additionally, it demonstrated antitumor activity against Molm-16 xenograft tumors in mice when administered intravenously once weekly (qw) at 25 and 50 mg/kg [1]. |
