Production method

It is produced by the reaction of titanium tetrachloride with ethanol. Add benzene to the glass-lined reaction pot, cool to 20℃,add titanium tetrachloride, the temperature should not exceed 50℃. When the temperature drops below 15 ° C, ammoniabegins to flow, and it is controlled below 50 ° C for about 2.5h. When the temperature drops to about 20 ° C and the pH is9-10, slowly pass ammonia, add water and anhydrous ethanol, and the temperature rises to 45-50 ° C for about half an hour.Continue to pass ammonia for 1h until pH is stable at 9-10. Stir for 2h and leave for 24h, filter out the crystals, and rinse oncewith a small amount of benzene. The filtrate is combined with the lotion, and the benzene is recovered by vacuum distillationto obtain the finished product.
