Product features and applications

JADEWIN UV1577 is a triazine, low volatility and effective UV absorber. It has the advantages of high molecular weight, high temperature resistance, low volatility, and low precipitation when added in high amounts.

JADEWIN UV1577 has good compatibility with most polymers, additives, and formulated resins. Compared to traditional benzotriazoles

UV absorbent, JADEWIN UV 1577 has better weather resistance, strong UV absorption ability, and does not affect transparency.

JADEWIN UV 1577 is suitable for PET, PBT, PC (linear and branched), polyether esters, PMMA, acrylic copolymers, PA, PS, SAN, ASA, and polyolefins. Especially suitable for polycarbonate (PC) films, sheets, sheets, etc., it has good compatibility with PC, extremely low volatility in high-temperature melting processing, is not easy to precipitate, and does not require frequent cleaning of flow channels and molds.

JADEWIN UV 1577 is suitable for processing and application scenarios that require high usage of UV absorbers, low volatility, and good compatibility, such as complex molded products, flat/corrugated boards, double wall panels, thin films, co injection molded or co extruded semi-finished products..
