| In vitro | In biochemical assays, VZ185 functioned as a dual degrader recruiting VHL E3 ligase, exhibiting DC50 values of 1.8 nM for BRD9 and 4.5 nM for BRD7. In cellular assays utilizing human cancer cell lines EOL-1 and A-204, the compound mediated BRD9 degradation with DC50 values ranging from 2 to 8 nM while maintaining stability in plasma and microsomes [1]. |
