| In vitro | a. Dissolve 20 mg X-Gluc cyclohexanamine in 1 mL dimethylformamide (DMF) to prepare X-Gluc stock solution; b. Add the prepared X-Gluc solution to the plate culture medium, and set the final concentration to 50 μg/mL without sterilization; c. Allow the plate to air dry naturally before inoculating microorganisms; d. Incubate the plate at 35°C and observe the results 16-24 hours after inoculation.
