生物活性

Hexazinone is a triazinone herbicide with high mobility and persistence in soil. Hexazinone is mainly degraded by soil microorganisms, and its degradation and mineralization processes are significantly affected by soil texture (faster in clay loam) and application method (mixed application can improve its bioavailability and mineralization rate). Hexazinone exhibits mild to moderate acute oral toxicity and has significant eye irritation[1][2].

Hexazinone 對雄性大鼠、雄性豚鼠和雄性犬表現(xiàn)出輕度至中度急性口服毒性，對大鼠的急性腹腔注射毒性更高，且在濃度高達 50%時不會引起豚鼠皮膚致敏[2]。
Hexazinone 在高濃度下，經(jīng) 1 小時吸入暴露不會導(dǎo)致大鼠死亡；重復(fù)口服給藥不會引起大鼠肉眼可見或組織學改變；亞慢性皮膚暴露不會引起兔肝臟改變[2]。
Hexazinone 經(jīng)重復(fù)口服給藥會導(dǎo)致大鼠輕微體重下降；對家兔而言屬于中度至重度眼部刺激物；在非致死劑量下會引起兔皮膚輕度紅斑；高劑量亞慢性皮膚暴露會使兔血清堿性磷酸酶和谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶水平升高[2]。
