生物活性：比伐盧定 TFA 是一種合成的 20 殘基肽，可逆地抑制凝血酶。 IC50 值：目標：體外凝血酶：Eptifibatide (8 mg/mL) 與低濃度 (70 ng/mL) 比伐盧定（一種直接凝血酶抑制劑）一起有效（約 90%）減少凝血酶誘導的血小板聚集（0.2單位/毫升）[1]。在凝血酶生成試驗 (TGA) 中，高達 10 μmol/l 的比伐盧定對這些參數(shù)沒有影響 [2]。比伐盧定促進 MPO 與 BAEC 的結(jié)合也導致功能變化，如增加 NO 消耗以及增強 MPO 介導的氧化還原修飾 [3]。體內(nèi)：使用比伐盧定可防止大鼠體內(nèi)抗肝素/PF4 抗體 IgG 水平進一步升高 [4]。在研究的毒代動力學評估階段，500 毫克/千克/24 小時組中的三只動物和 2000 毫克/千克/24 小時組中的七只動物被發(fā)現(xiàn)死亡或在極端情況下被安樂死（采血后）。比伐盧定的血漿濃度似乎呈線性且與劑量無關(guān) [5]。臨床試驗：替格瑞洛與氯吡格雷的抗血栓形成作用。第四階段
