HBV 大包膜蛋白（LHBs） 是 HBV 包膜的重要組成部分，preS1 結構域（尤其是 N 端 2–48 aa）通過與肝細胞表面的?；悄懰徕c共轉運多肽（NTCP）特異性、不可逆結合，介導病毒附著—內吞—膜融合從而完成入侵，是 HBV 感染起始的關鍵步驟，也是中和抗體與入胞抑制劑（如 Bulevirtide）的核心靶點。由于 LHBs 在不同感染階段及抗病毒治療響應中的動態(tài)變化，其檢測在慢性乙肝分期、抗病毒療效預測、HBsAg 定量及中和抗體篩選中具有重要價值。G10 作為靶向 preS1/L-HBsAg 的人源 IgG1 單抗，可在流式平臺上檢測 HBV 感染模型或病毒樣顆粒表面的 HBsAg 表達，也可通過 SPR 評估其與 HBsAg/preS1 肽段的結合動力學，是 HBV 基礎研究、血清學檢測與方法學開發(fā)中的科研級參照試劑。
