Applications of N,N-Dimethyldecylamine
N,N-Dimethyldecylamine is double-long-chain tertiary amine; double-chain tertiary amine also short for DMA10, with a C10 content of more than 92%.
The following are the applications of this product N,N-Dimethyldecylamine
1) Main raw material for the production of cationic quaternary ammonium salt, which can be reacted with benzyl chloride to produce double-chain benzyl quaternary ammonium salt D1017, which is used in disinfectants Industries.
2) DMA10 can react with quaternized raw materials such as methyl chloride to produce double-chain quaternary ammonium salt D1021, which can be used as a bactericide, softener, and surface active.
3) It is also used in water treatment, veterinary medicine, disinfectant, oil field, textile, daily chemical and other industries. Also compared with bis-octyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, N,N-Dimethyldecylamine is more economical.
4) DMA10 can also react with dimethyl sulfate and diethyl sulfate to get gemini quaternary ammonium salt.
