采用高品質(zhì)植物油酸為原料，通過合成與提純等精細工序制得本品，不溶于水，在醇、酯、酮、苯類等溶劑中有一定的溶解性。對熱、氧、紫外線具有較好的穩(wěn)定性，能在物質(zhì)界面形成單分子膜，具有爽滑、潤滑、脫模、防濕、防沉淀、抗粘結(jié)、抗污損、抗靜電、分散等功效。本品已通過SGS綠色環(huán)保檢測，符合歐盟RoHS環(huán)保指令，允許用于食品容器和食品包裝材料中（GB9685-2008）。
The raw material of WK1618 is high-quality vegetable oil acid. It has a very good stability in the condition of heat and ultraviolet light. It can be formed in the material interface, with a smooth, lubrication, mold release, moisture-proof, anti-settling, anti-adhesive, anti-fouling, anti-static, dispersion and other effects.
This product has passed SGS environmental protection test, in line with the EU RoHS environmental directive, can be allowed for food containers and food packaging materials (GB9685-2008).
產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用：
1. 可用于食品容器、各種包裝膜、農(nóng)用薄膜、液體（牛奶、豆?jié){）包裝膜、購物袋（膜）、
降解膜、水果網(wǎng)套（發(fā)泡聚乙烯）、PP瓦楞狀泡沫塑料膜、透汽（水）膜等薄膜或薄片、隔離膜等，能迅速降低薄膜（薄片）表面的動態(tài)和靜態(tài)摩擦系數(shù)（≤0.2），提高易加工性（高流動性、低能耗性、消除氣泡等），解決在高速加工或自動化、高速化包裝作業(yè)時因摩擦造成的靜電危害，有效防止薄膜的粘連，提高制品的爽滑手感和表面光滑度；
2. 可用作塑料表印油墨的功能助劑，提高油墨的爽滑手感性、抗刮性、抗粘性和分散性；
3. 在聚乙烯熱塑性粉末涂料中添加本品，可顯著提高粉末涂料的流動性和爽滑性；
4. 可用作涂料的潤滑劑和HT鋁TH化涂料的分散穩(wěn)定劑、光亮劑，以及金屬防腐蝕劑；
5. 可用作PE、PP、EVA、GPPS、PE等樹脂或塑料的潤滑劑、爽滑劑、抗擦傷劑和抗結(jié)塊添加劑；
6. 可用作各種密封材料（墊片、墊圈）的添加劑，以及色母粒的光亮爽滑劑等。
Applications:
WK1618 is a high purity, fast blooming Oleamide, suggested as a slip additive in Polyolefin applications. WK1618 reduces CoF between the layers of the film and also between the film and other surfaces which are in contact with film. A very small use level of 0.1% WK1618 will impart required slip properties to Polyolefin films used for high speed packaging applications.
WE1618 is used in printing links, rubber compounds, adhesives, coatings, closures and EVA co-polymers as a surface lubricant in production of metal articles. It also improves penetration, flexibility and slips and seal properties of wax and resin coated paper and paperboard products.
包裝和貯運：
產(chǎn)品用復(fù)合袋包裝，每袋凈重20kg或25kg，每個托盤1000kg，包裝物符合國際規(guī)則，運輸時應(yīng)防止日光直射和雨淋，貯存期六個月，建議存放在避光和干燥陰涼通風處，超過35℃可能會導(dǎo)致結(jié)塊或變色，六個月后檢驗合格仍可使用，本品按一般化學品規(guī)定貯運。
Packaging and Transportation:
It can be packed in woven bag in brown paper with 20 or 25kg/bag. It should be prevented from the sun and rain, stored ventilated place. Prolonged storage above 35℃ can cause caking.
In general, it is stored and transported as common chemical products.
