CLEC12A（C型凝集素結構域家族12成員A）也稱為CLL1、DCAL2、MICL。Clec12a是尿酸晶體的抑制性受體，在細胞死亡時調節(jié)炎癥。調節(jié)信號級聯并介導靶MAP激酶酪氨酸磷酸化的細胞表面受體。近年來，骨髓增生異常綜合征（MDS）中出現了不同疾病增殖干細胞的證據。然而，CLEC12A在MDS中的作用仍有待闡明。此外，CLEC12A已被提出作為AML中白血病干細胞的有前景的標志物。
