TX-A-1 accelerated agent is a supporting product of concrete, wet spraying
technology of mortar.It's an environmental friendly liquid accelerator. The product
has no chlorine, low alkali,no rust for reinforced concrete, wide adaptation. Good
concrete's cohesiveness after using the product.Low resilience, no loss in the later
strength and so on advantage.Meeting accelerated agent's standards of
Accelerator for Shotcrete (JC477-2005), Code for Utility Technical of Concrete
Admixture (GB50119-2003).
02/Product characteristics
(1)Remarkable quick setting e ect:adding accelerated agent and clean paste's
setting time: first setting≤3min, final setting≤8min.
(2)Economy: good spraying e ect, small rebound rate, little waste, remarkable
economic performance.
(3)Cohesiveness:sprayed material has good cohesiveness. Spray layer is thick
each time.Sprayed arch can be 100-150mm. Spray wall can be 200mm.
(4)High strength: shotcrete has high strength in the early time. Shotcrete has little
influence for the later strength. 28 days' compressive strength save rate can be
over 85%.
(5)Adaptability: adapted well to cement. The product can be used to di erent
grade and type's cement after balanced.
(6)Environment friendly: chlorine free, low alkali, no rust for reinforced concrete, no
toxic, no harm, safe for health and environment.
