The Mouse Anti-Human IgG Antibody (Ab109057) conjugated with HRP (Horseradish Peroxidase) is designed for the specific detection and quantification of human IgG in various immunoassays, providing enhanced sensitivity and signal amplification for reliable results.
The wells were coated with the anti-CD20 and BSA at 1.0 μg/mL and incubated overnight at 4℃, followed by a 2% BSA blocking step for 2h at RT. Mouse Anti-Human IgG H&L (HRP) then added at different dilution ratio followed by incubation for 30 min.?
