白介素2即白細(xì)胞介素-2（interleukin-2，IL-2），又名T細(xì)胞生長因子(T cell growth factor，TCRF)。主要由活化的CD4+T細(xì)胞和CD8+T細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生的具有廣泛生物活性的細(xì)胞因子。是所有T細(xì)胞亞群的生長因子，能使T細(xì)胞在試管內(nèi)長期存活，并可促進(jìn)活化B細(xì)胞增殖，故為調(diào)控免疫應(yīng)答的重要因子，也參與抗體反應(yīng)、造血和腫瘤監(jiān)視。?
本產(chǎn)品由真核細(xì)胞表達(dá)的重組蛋白，是將蛋白基因接入穩(wěn)定表達(dá)載體，轉(zhuǎn)化CHO-K1細(xì)胞，經(jīng)克隆篩選，質(zhì)量驗證，挑選的穩(wěn)定表達(dá)株，由化學(xué)成分確定的培養(yǎng)基（不含有任何動物源成分）發(fā)酵制備，工藝穩(wěn)定，保證了產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量及批次間的一致性。
本產(chǎn)品為無菌凍干粉劑，由含有 10mM 磷酸鹽pH為 7.2的蛋白溶液經(jīng)0.2μm過濾后分裝凍干。
