High Voltage Contactor Series is designed to meet the demands of high-voltage and high-current DC applications.
High Voltage DC Contactor is subjected to high peak currents, which produces a strong arc when disconnecting a large DC current, which can easily lead to damage to the contact, so that it cannot extinguish the arc within milliseconds. Injecting arc extinguishing or inert gas around contacts and shrapnel, and casting epoxy resin to keep it in a sealed environment, is the industry's solution to this problem.
Pouring of epoxy resin ensures that the inert gas is in the air tight chamber of the high voltage DC contactor, so that the charged gas will not escape, maintain stable arc extinguishing ability, reduce the possibility of contacts melting due to arc burning, avoid oxidation of internal metal parts, and improve the reliability and service life of the product.
