背景
鏈霉親和素是一種來自streptomyces avidinii菌的非糖基化蛋白。鏈親和素同源四聚體對生物素具有特別高的非共價結合親和力。當與酶（如辣根過氧化物酶或堿性磷酸酶）形成偶聯物并與比色或發(fā)光底物發(fā)育系統結合時，鏈霉親和素與生物素化抗體在許多應用中得到廣泛應用，包括Western blot、ELISA、ELISPOT、免疫細胞化學和免疫組化。

WB : 1:10000-1:100000
ELISA: 1:1000-1:10000
避免使用含有生物素的稀釋液，試劑不得含有疊氮化鈉，疊氮化鈉會抑制辣根過氧化物酶的活性。實際試驗操作過程中可根據具體實驗情況適當調整Streptavidin(HRP)的稀釋比例。

Biotin-γ-actin antibody as primary antibody. Developed using the ECL technique. Observed band size was 42kDa. Exposure time was 10s.
