Claudins（CLDN）是一個形成緊密連接并維持上皮細胞和內(nèi)皮細胞極性的蛋白質(zhì)家族。CLDN18在胃和肺中特異性表達。在通過選擇性剪接產(chǎn)生的兩種CLDN18同種型轉(zhuǎn)錄物中，CLDN18.2是一種高選擇性的胃譜系標記物，可決定腫瘤條件下的胃表型，而CLDN18.1是肺特異性的。CLDN18.2是一種高度選擇性的胃譜系抗原，僅在短暫分化的胃上皮細胞上表達，其對抗體藥物的可及性有限。14，15 CLDN18.2在惡性轉(zhuǎn)化過程中保持不變，因此經(jīng)常顯示在人類癌癥細胞表面。
