簇集蛋白（Clusterin，CLU）也稱為二聚酸性糖蛋白（DAG蛋白）、睪酮抑制前列腺信息-2（TRPM-2）、硫酸化糖蛋白-2（SGP-2）和補(bǔ)體裂解抑制劑（CLI），是一種分泌型多功能糖蛋白，屬于簇集蛋白家族。簇蛋白前體的細(xì)胞內(nèi)裂解會(huì)去除信號(hào)肽，并產(chǎn)生大小相當(dāng)?shù)?/span>α和β鏈，這些鏈以80 kDa N糖基化二硫鍵連接的異二聚體的形式分泌。DAG蛋白主要在成年睪丸、卵巢、腎上腺、肝臟、心臟和大腦以及胚胎發(fā)育過(guò)程中的許多上皮組織中表達(dá)。聚簇蛋白涉及幾個(gè)基本的生物學(xué)事件，如細(xì)胞死亡、腫瘤進(jìn)展和神經(jīng)退行性疾病。在不同疾病狀態(tài)和體外系統(tǒng)中檢測(cè)到的簇集蛋白mR和蛋白質(zhì)水平的上調(diào)表明，它在膜脂質(zhì)循環(huán)、凋亡細(xì)胞死亡以及作為應(yīng)激誘導(dǎo)的分泌伴侶蛋白等方面發(fā)揮作用。
