This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 23.3 kDa. The protein migrates as 35-45 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

背景（Background）

CD200也被稱為OX-2膜糖蛋白（OX-2），是一種1型膜糖蛋白，含有兩個免疫球蛋白結(jié)構(gòu)域（1個Ig樣C2型（免疫球蛋白樣）結(jié)構(gòu)域和Ig樣V型（免疫蛋白樣）功能域），因此屬于免疫球蛋白超家族。CD200/OX-2在多種細胞類型中廣泛表達。CD200與主要在髓系細胞上表達的結(jié)構(gòu)相關(guān)受體（CD200R）相互作用，參與巨噬細胞和肥大細胞功能的調(diào)節(jié)。OX-2/CD200和CD200R通過其各自的N-末端Ig樣結(jié)構(gòu)域結(jié)合。CD200在預(yù)防移植物排斥反應(yīng)、自身免疫性疾病和自然流產(chǎn)方面也起著重要作用。
