名稱(chēng)	Vedaprofen
描述	Vedaprofen (PM 150) inhibits COX-1 and reduces prostaglandin H2 synthesis with anti-inflammatory activities. Vedaprofen is an inhibitor of Escherichia coli sliding clamp with the IC₅₀ of 222 μM and Ki of 131 μM.
體外活性	Vedaprofen通過(guò)阻斷E. coli DNA 聚合酶III β亞單位的活性，從而阻止了DNA的復(fù)制和修復(fù)[1]。同時(shí)，Vedaprofen對(duì)馬血清TxB2和馬滲出物PGE2具有抑制作用，其IC50分別為9 ng/mL和630 ng/mL[3]。
體內(nèi)活性	在靈緹犬中，Vedaprofen（0.5 mg/kg；口服）的吸收快速（tmax 0.63 h）且?guī)缀跬耆ㄉ锢枚?6%）。靜脈注射和口服給藥后的終末半衰期分別為16.8 h和12.7 h，大小順序相同。Vedaprofen不在血漿中累積[2]。
