背景（Background）

原肌球蛋白受體激酶C（TrkC），也稱為NT-3生長因子受體、神經(jīng)營養(yǎng)酪氨酸激酶受體3型或TrkC酪氨酸激酶，是一種在人類中由NTRK3基因編碼的蛋白質(zhì)。它屬于原肌球蛋白相關(guān)激酶（Trk）受體酪氨酸激酶家族（TrkA、TrkB和TrkC）。

TrkC是神經(jīng)營養(yǎng)因子NT-3（神經(jīng)營養(yǎng)因子-3）的高親和力催化受體。因此，TrkC介導(dǎo)了這種神經(jīng)營養(yǎng)因子的多種作用，包括神經(jīng)元分化和存活。
